Belief in Creation as described in the Bible is a matter of Biblical authority. We can’t simply pick and choose which parts of the Bible to believe. If we don’t believe Moses (author of Genesis) why should we believe Jesus?
Many young people fall away from their Christian faith, particularly in college, because they don’t have a solid Biblical worldview. We can and should stand on the Word of God for our worldview (1 Peter 3:15).
